Serei Wung, from Phnom Penh, is a Computer Science student at Tsinghua University. Over the past five years, he has been actively working with people and robots, organizing STEM workshops, and reaching hundreds of students in rural communities. Grounded in the belief that STEM originates from everyday life, he aspires to communicate the historical context and visual understanding of abstract concepts. Academically, Serei Wung envisions advancing brain-computer interfaces to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. Joining KHMER STEM Global Network, he aims to learn from others’ stories, support Cambodian youth in exploring opportunities and building community-based projects.
