Divin Kong is a software architect at Techo Startup Center focused on building internet-scale systems. He earned a Bachelor of Database and Programming from the University of Puthisastra, Cambodia (2015) and an MSc in Information Studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (2017). Previously, he worked as a software engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Toronto, contributing to large-scale cloud platforms. Currently, he collaborates with GovTech initiatives to strengthen digital public services and expand the accessibility and impact of technology for all Cambodians.
